All content, designs, text, images, and digital materials provided by Starlit Creative remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, rights to deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment

All payments are due according to the invoice schedule agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

4. Revisions & Changes

We aim to ensure client satisfaction. The number of revisions and scope of changes is agreed upon per project. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra costs.

5. Liability

Starlit Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. While we aim to provide accurate, high-quality services, outcomes may vary based on client inputs and external factors.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payments for completed work or services already delivered remain due.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising will be resolved under Spanish law.
